After team research, it has been decided that, starting August 11, 2026, the original Wiscom chat tool will be officially upgraded and switched to UnityChat. The relevant details of this adjustment are announced as follows:

I. Official Upgrade and Switch from Wiscom to UnityChat

Starting August 12, 2026, the team's original Wiscom chat tool will be officially switched to UnityChat.

UnityChat will serve as an important tool for subsequent team communication and services, providing members with a more stable, convenient, and secure instant messaging and collaboration experience. All members are requested to complete the relevant upgrade and switch operations in a timely manner according to the team's subsequent instructions.

II. Platform Welfare System Adjusted to Points System

In conjunction with this system upgrade, the platform will simultaneously adjust its existing welfare system to a brand-new points system.

The methods for earning points, usage scenarios, related benefits, and specific rules under the new points system will be subject to the "Points Rules" after the new app is launched and official platform announcements. All members are requested to pay close attention.

III. Account Login and Security Verification Method Upgrade

To further protect the security of member accounts and personal information and reduce security risks such as password leakage and theft, the platform will upgrade its existing account login verification mechanism.

The new login method will gradually upgrade from:
Mobile Number + Password
to:
Mobile Number / Email + Verification Code

During the upgrade transition period, the platform will still support members to log in using the original "Mobile Number + Password" method. After logging in, the system will guide members through the switch to the verification code login mode and security verification according to the upgrade schedule.

After the switch is completed, please consistently use the "Mobile Number / Email + Verification Code" method to log in.

Dynamic verification codes further reduce the account security risks associated with long-term use of fixed passwords, providing more comprehensive security for member accounts and personal information.

IV. Actively Cooperate with System Upgrades

This switch from Wiscom to UnityChat, along with the simultaneous adjustments to the points system and account security mechanisms, represents a significant upgrade for Huarui SmartLink, continuously improving its digital service system and enhancing user experience and security capabilities.

During the upgrade and switchover period, all team members are requested to actively cooperate with the relevant operations and pay close attention to the official upgrade guidelines and rules.
